Went to Rapscallion with my hubby for an anniversary date night, and we were served in the best possible way! Steven and the entire management team were the sweetest, and pampered us with champagne and an amuse-bouche before our drinks and food arrived! The menu options are so creative and unique! We ordered the whipped feta which was unbelievable (best out there!) the duck and foie and the braised short rib, both were divine! Thank you for giving us such a wonderful and delectable experience! We can’t wait to come back next week to try the rest of the menu!
Absolutely delicious! Ordered the Chicken Liver Brûlée, which was definitely my favourite- so creamy and rich, steak tartare, lobster & shrimp cappalletti, and the short rib. Everything was phenomenal and the atmosphere is amazing, wonderful service as well that makes you truly feel special.
By far the best restaurant in Hamilton. I would like to thank all the staff for making my wife's 50th a night she will never forget!

This place is definitely a must try if you like different and unique foods and experiences. We Took a bottle of champagne, which is allowed with a corking fee. Infinite taste of all the spices , herbs, and sauces as it comes together when you take a bite of each meal. No complaints there. The meals were presented beautifully, giving each its own unique character on the serving plates. The timing as they brought each meal out , were timed perfectly. In saying this, there were a slight matter of the food not being served hot in temperature. The calamari rings were warm, the steak were the same. The bone marrow I thought would be nice and hot. They told us it will take 45 minutes to cook. They will bring that last for us to eat. With anticipation looking forward to having Bone marrow, as not too many places Sell them. I couldn’t ask for a better birthday meal. When it came out, I were a bit disappointed. 5 star for presentation, and a compliments with the bone marrow and taste. Two star for the choice of the bone marrow and the temperature it was served at. Perhaps we got maybe 2 tablespoons after scooping it to paste on the bread. The ends of each bones had too many tissues and not enough marrow. Mostly oil had settled in there (it was cooked too long) which was still ok for dipping the bread. They clams were served perfectly with its own bed of ice and freshness. The tastes were immaculate on the tastebuds. It’s a once of a visit for me Give it a try for the experience of flavours and uniqueness.
