Randys Smokehouse & BBQ

This was really good. I had a brisket sandwich and the daily special which was smoked chicken. I’ve had it before and it was even better today!! Thank u for the great customer service I’ll be back!

The people are kind. We have been going there for 4 years. This is the worst barbecue that I have ever had. The chicken tasted old. The ribs were drowning in sauce, and still tasted dry. Normally the food is good. Everyone has an off day.

Randy's Smokehouse and BBQ screwed us over!!!! I have used these folks for about 4 years to smoke my turkey. I called to ask when I needed to have my turkey there for it to be smoked for Thanksgiving. Was told it was too late to bring the turkey in but I could purchase a turkey from them, said they offered a 12 & 14 pound turkey. I ordered the 12 pound turkey and was told it would be $60. I gave them my debit card over the phone. I check my bank account a few days later to find they charged me $97.43!!! I was furious!!!! Their explanation was that I was given the wrong information!! I went up there & cancelled my order and they issued me a refund. So today I check my bank account and do not see my credit from them. I call the bank and they tell me that Randy’s Smokehouse and BBQ cancelled the refund!!!! What kind of business does this!!!!! I will continue blast them until I get my refund, they actually stole my money!!!!!!

Flavor of the meat was great. My only issue is kinda stingy with the portions. But I liked the people who was open and worked on Thanksgiving for us.

Sadly have to re-rate because of today...day before Thanksgiving. Took a turkey breast to be smoked, which we have done several times for holidays. Something has changed. Seasoned as if for fried turkey, never had that before, and absolutely no smoke flavor. We thought we got a fried one by mistake, but was told no when I called. Such a shame things do not seem to be as good as in the past.

The employees are friendly, the food is pretty good, the prices are decent and the place was nice and clean. I think they should add more options to the salad bar, though, like croutons, bacon bits, carrots, and maybe like sunflower seeds. Overall, I would definitely come back when I'm in that area.
