Our ramen is made with Chicken paitan, using the same method and ingredients to ensure that it is the best paitan ramen you will ever taste. We also specialize in serving Jiro Ramen, which provides an authentic taste of Japan. On Mondays, we exclusively serve Jiro Ramen, which is cooked to perfection using the best ingredients available. Akimoto, who began his career at Minami Ikebukuro Taishoken in Tokyo, learned the essence of ramen-making under the guidance of Kazuo Yamagishi, the 'God of Ramen,' at the main Taishoken restaurant in Tokyo. Drawing on this experience, he offers his original blend of Chicken Paitan Ramen, Tsukemen, Maze Men, and a limited quantity of Jiro Ramen.
