The lady with the name Debbi is very rude and lazy. .she has no knowledge about how to handle with costumer
I had to make a quick stop to get feminine supplies late at night. I walk in and see the aisle is locked up so ask what I need to do if I need items from there and was told "you don't get them, it's locked up at 10." First of all, unprofessional, second, they close at 1 am so they should have someone available to get items we need. There are ways to talk to customers and/or be understanding, and this was not it. I cannot imagine being a mother trying to get baby items and being told you cannot get them since they are locked up. Terrible customer service.
The lady with the name Debbi has no knowledge about costumer service and she doesn't know anything about Ralph's products and staff
Very unfriendly personnel and locked shelves
Not a big fan of this Ralph's location. The layout is odd and the place always seems a little grungy. And like a lot of places these days, a bunch of items are locked up in a secure area. On the plus side it is never that crowded and there is always a place to park (though the garage can be a bit creepy at night). Am surprised that they still haven't upgraded the deli or bakery sections at this location, given how close both Whole Foods and Trader Joes are to this location. The other nearby Ralph's (north of the freeway) is far better than this location.
So I was here 12:51 and the door was already closed , I waited for someone to come out to ask why the door is closed and there is still 9 minutes , I drove all the way from burbank to make it on time , just needed a glue .the lady in the picture with an attitude, rude, unprofessional no manner whatsoever she goes were closed , when I asked what you mean still 8 minutes she goes , I don't care its close go away .fine I'll go away , and never shop for my house and bussines groceries from Ralphs anymore. Vons down the street. What a shame grossed out .
