. . . ALWAYS a favorite of ours . . .from a great selection/variety of food, reasonable prices, as well as Redbox . . . Ralphs is truly a one-stop-shop!
Well stocked most of the time. Store staff could use a pep talk. Half have no idea where anything is in the store if you ask. Service, a word only people over 60 can even understand.
I like the store overall but service is in desperate need.
Update 5/11/24
Store was well stocked today. Check out quick but not exactly friendly. I know what it's like to handle retail. Worked at Starbucks for 2.5 years and we were trained to smile. A smile goes a long way.

Well stocked store. Disappointed they stopped carrying BBQ charcoal Brickquets, Hickory, Apple, and Cherry. I have to go to Stater Brothers to get it. And, we'll if I have to go out of my way I might as well save some money and just shop at Stater Brothers.
to be honest, the produce at the bargain northgate markets in santa ana blow this ralph’s out of the water every time. and at a better price point, too.
most of the fresh herbs are plucked so thin to remove the rotting leaves that it’s not worth buying a bundle.
in addition, the flower shop has been lacking in fresh bouquets since the summer. the flower selection, previously impressive, was the main reason i continued to shop here with as many competitors in the area as there are. it seems like this store has converted to utilizing all of the new floral stock to create mixed bouquets to sell at a higher price point. whether this decision was strategic or made on a department level is beyond me. but i just picked up one of the nicer looking mixed bouquets and was so disappointed i had to leave this review.
please, do your customers a favor and throw things away when they’re dead. it’s a shame, i would have purchased every flower as a single bouquet had they not all been rotting up by the registers in various arrangements.
Love shopping here,it's well stocked & the staff are friendly and knowledgeable!
Great store, generally. Don't buy the Dry Aged beef, though. It doesn't have the funk. Probably only "dry aged" for 25 or 30 days. Tastes just like a regular ribeye.
The bathroom is third world. Gang signs everywhere. Baby changing station is basically black with dirt and grime. It smells like pee. For an Irvine food outlet you would think they would have much cleaner facilities
Easily the worst ralphs I’ve ever been to. The doors in the egg section were broken and the cold air was escaping. Also the meat section had multiple packages leaking raw chicken juice, super slimy and gross. One of the packages gave me food poisoning.
They have Saratoga and buzzball
This is good place to shop. Ralph's is grocery store your entire family likes to shop. Love shopping at Ralph's.
Five Stars.
Good place. Good food drinks. Good people.
Aneth in the bakery she make birthday cake for my son it was awesome and delicious
a bit of expensive but its very convenient, specially you always get enough parking to park
This is my favorite Ralph's in Irvine coz there's less traffic and the staff has always been super friendly. I had experienced one time where i accidently left my cellphone on the cart. The Starbucks personnel went over and beyond to help me find it. I'm very grateful.
