Employees here are WAY nicer than the location on Wilson
i was there this morning after the gym to pick up some items for a meal and also see about renting a rug dr. grabbed my items and hopped in line and lovely lady helped and said she would put my items aside until i filled out the paperwork for the rental. i was sent to the customer service counter with the bagging clerk and the supervisor pulled out the rental book and proceeded to tell the bag clerk what to do. i expressed that i was short on time and gave them a 15 minute window in case they get it would take longer than that so i could decide if i had time. the supervisor (Reg) was advising the bag clerk what to do and i asked if he knew what he was doing and Reg said “yes” dismissively. he then walked away (to the set checkouts that were closed and proceeceed to fold plastic bags. The bag clerk stood there for a good 3 minutes holding his pen not writing anything. i asked again if he knew what he was doing g and he said yes. He continues to do nothing and then asked what my zip code was (he was holding my drivers license). The bag clerk called Reg back over for help and at this point almost 10 minutes had gone by and nothing had happened so o took my license and so do didn’t have time to wait for this and went back to the checkout to pay for my things and be on my way. Reg never once greeted me or acknowledged my presence but was quite defiant and dismissive with all his responses. as i walked out of the store i passed by him and expressed that he had no sense of customer service (he was back to folding plastic bags). he didn’t even look at me, but took a good breath and said “YEP!” and i left the store. i only shop at this store out of convenience of time otherwise i prefer the 2 locations on foothill. They’re friendly and they greet you without exception. I work in customer service and i would never treat my customers like this. we get paid because they shop. my money might still goto the same company when i shop at another ralph’s but at least it supports people that are friendly and actually show some sense of excitement when customers come to shop with them. A person who outright disregards a customers shopping experience is the exact opposite of what a company should want or accept as someone who would work for them let alone in a supervisor position.
This Ralph's has literally become the worst supermarket in town. Especially this casher named Crystal who claims to be the manager and her tag says cashier lol After standing in line for 20 minutes to buy 4 cases of Corona I ask her isn't there a policy where she needs to call in for backup? She ignores me and when it's my turn to pay she purposefully overcharges me. I stare at the register because 4 12 packs should not cost $75! She says I tried to tell you but you were being rude. I say I want to speak to a manager and she says I'm the manager. I insist and she says stand over there and then she says I refuse to sell you the beer... After having wasted 20 minutes in line. What a joke Be refused by Crystal the cashier for 24 years who obviously has some attitude issues. Lifetime value of a customer and the 30 relatives and circle of influence who listen to him plus all the social media followers who will stop visiting Kroger's and Ralphs because of folks like cashier Crystal is in the 100's of thousands of dollars over the years. It's so important to be polite to your customers. Yes Crystal you had the last laugh and the fun you had at my expense. I was inconvenienced and had to drive to Vons to get the items but you know what? You lost!
If you came here for an interview and waited 4 hours and they told you that there gonna email you they wont, there are 2 ladys and one of them wont hire you 100% other one is very sweet. You will know which one is whic
Deli does not close at 8p! They close whenever they feel like between 7 and 8. This is the fourth time I've come here and they've "already closed", AGAIN! It's 7:30!!! Think I'm going to look for another boars head deli.
