Just like a Safeway

Someone 2 weeks ago used my Debit Card to make multiple $500+ purchases there, at least 49 of them, and the manager can't even get access to the pay notes. If this happened to him, I'm sure he would lose it, but since it didn't he hasn't gotten back to me and doesn't care.

This is just like any other regular Ralphs. We were able to find everything we were looking for.

My local store and flowers and managers great but tied by parent Kroger’s on returning gift cards or EVEN exchanging them. Manager Erin should me this tiny side which is in opposition to CA state law since 1997 states “Any gift certificate sold after January 1, 1997, is redeemable in cash for its cash value, or subject to replacement with a new gift certificate at no cost to the purchaser or holder.”
