I ordered today 2/18/24 4:13pm from rally's verity parkway Middletown Ohio 45042 employee Chrisda I ordered food got home and started to eat it found 9 staples in my food over half is left there could be more in the rest of sandwiches this could have been bad!!!!!! Rally's somebody needs to answer to this!!!

If I could give zero stars I would… waited forever, they’re out of everything and all of my food was burnt. Needs real management and not just kiddos running the place

It took a little while to get my order after it was placed but it was worth the wait the food was great.

The employees at night are very slow 2 cars will be in drive thru at least 30 to 40 mins for small orders an during the night you will not get fresh groes
