Rally's

As a driver I hate this location delivering food for this rallies is always a problem. The customer is never satisfied the shakes are always flat. As a driver asking for a cup of ice or water should be a courtesy offered from the business just like using the restroom. Being refused a cup of water is absolutely disgusting! Being told in a snide way that I can pay for a cup is even more disgusting! I will never buy food from here after the experiences I've had in the past and I don't know why I accept deliveries from this location but I will be contacting my employer!

Service sucked. I was waiting in the window for 15mins guy there just looking at me and he keeps talking to everyone working. Untill finally I had to say something for him just to stare at me. And keep me waiting longer. Really bad customer service.

Charge me $16 for 1 spicy chicken sandwiche, and I ask for 2 sandwiches, and I call to tell them they are taking very aggressive

For fast food it is alright but you gotta try their ice cream cones. On a hot day or out for a stroll with your kids or just a quick stop for something sweet for your sweetie this is the right place to be. The price is reasonable and a great treat for any occasion. Stop by and try the chocolate or vanilla and both in a twist of flavors. But if that isn't really your thing you gotta the cheesecake sundae. It's a slice of heaven in a cup

Fries are always great and the shakes too. Fantastic value compared to most other fast food joints.

Soggy old fries and they seemed almost raw in old oil, and Ranch should be free!

Placed an online order on the app. Went to pick up and got my food. The food was fresh and tasty. Just really disappointed because I paid for 3 extra sauces which were 75 cents and didn't receive any of them. Which is a huge letdown especially since I paid for them if there were free It wouldn't be an issue.
