Come here for the Karrage chicken bowl and the Brussel sprouts! They were very fresh and tasty! Love the mustard sauce used for the brusselsprouts. I also dipped the Karrage (crispy chicken) in them. Skip on the ramen! My hubby ordered the Spicy Quartz and we were disappointed. It wasn’t spicy and was lacking a lot of flavor. The bamboo shoots in the bowel also lacked flavor. The noodles weren’t anything special and lacked the right ramen noodle texture. The egg was good though. Overall, there’s much better ramen at other places around Houston. I wouldn’t order ramen here, but I’d come back for the Karrage chicken and Brussel sprouts.
The food wasn't bad but it wasn't worth coming back for. The shrimp tempura was too much batter not enough shrimp. The shrimp dumplings had an average flavor, and the fried pork gyoza were very forgettable. The creamy spicy ramen and the spicy Asian ramen were better than the appetizers but I've had better dine in Ramens in Houston for sure.
Got the Spicy Quartz and it was outstanding. Staff were fast, courteous, and attentive.
Best ramen in Houston! Delicious, the dumplings are good and shrimp tempura is amazing. Service was great Wine was delish as well. Great vibes and atmosphere ! Loved it.
The food and atmosphere were great. The service was excellent. I loved my server Brandon!!! He was very attentive and helpful. If you do come as for Brandon with the curly hair!
First time here for a girls’ date with a friend and it was everything and more for a dinner on a cold and rainy night. Vegan dumplings and ramen were on point, even if you’re not vegan or veggie. Staff is so friendly, especially Sophia, who was super attentive throughout our whole meal. Would recommend if you’re in the mood for ramen or want to try someplace new. Vegetarian options: Would definitely try even if you were a meat eater!
A friend and myself went for a long overdue dinner. The atmosphere was so perfect for a cozy dinner with a friend. The staff was super attentive, my water was never empty (I drink a lot of water!) and Sophia was especially friendly and welcoming! 10/10 recommend the North Shepherd location!! Thanks again Sophia!!
Ramen was good, service by Liz was great!
The place is in a nice shopping area, and has a small but cute ambience. We had the vegan gyoza, matcha hot green tea, chicken shansu, vegan spicy garnet and garnet miso sauce ramen bowls. We all found the bowls hot, filled with noodles and toppings and a good flavor to it. I didn’t find the spicy garnet spice enough to my liking. Liz took really good care of us and made sure we knew what we ordered. They even gave us free mochi ice cream to try out in the end.
