Stays busy, fast service, awesome employees!
Waited over 10 mins for a missing item, and when I raised my voice to ask how much longer, they brought in an armed security guard. I did not scream and yell, but I spoke loud since I was waiting for an excessive amount of time. If you feel threatened by a person who wants what they paid for, then try another job. The manager refused to address the situation and just sent another employee to speak to us. She was nice, but the damage was done. Had to u comfortably finish my meal with my family while being watched by their private security guards.
So I understand it was busy. But curbside pickup is supposed to be curbside. We get there, park, check in, and we wait. Waiting waiting, waiting, and finally, I get fed up & I ask my husband to go see what the hold up is. He goes inside & our order is just sitting on the counter. No alert, no notification that we needed to come inside. Nothing. Next time, I would just appreciate a notification, that's all. That way, we're not waiting outside.
Unfortunately I’d have to say this was the worst Canes I’ve ever been too. Service was ridiculous, food was warm at best and full blown security outside which gives off an unsafe vibe if multiple security guys and cars are needed nightly. I came in the drive thru at about 10pm after a long airport pickup of a family member. The kids were starving so I thought it would be a good stop. Service was slow, barely any communication. We asked for extra bread and canes sauce. She repeated the order and had to correct her twice. Once it seemed like she had it I drove to the window and paid. Every thing came out pretty quick and I went to drive off, but one of my kids had to use the bathroom. We parked and I took that minute to look over the food and we were missing all the added sauce and bread. I sent them inside to use the restroom and get what we paid for. A few moments later they emerged stating the employee wanted to see the receipt. When they brought it back inside I waited and once I saw them coming back out I thought everything was ok. I was informed they would only give them a piece of bread stating I didn’t pay for anything else. The receipt clearly said no slaw extra sauce etc. By this time I was tired and extra mad and am not going to get out of the car yet again to argue this. I will say I won’t be back. Since when do you still not get what you paid for with a receipt? Ridiculous.
First time at raising canes and this was the best chicken restaurant I’ve been to! Amazing customer service from Chris! Friendly and happy to help with anything! Haven’t gotten that good of service in a long time but Chris knocked it out of the park!!
The chicken is always so juicy. Love the sauce. Line was not long for a Thursday night.
