Our dinner restaurant, R.AIRE, has been welcoming guests since 2020. Concept created by Chef Alex Bujoreanu focuses on introducing new and innovative dishes and perfectly-balanced menu. R.AIRE offers two dining experiences: A Spanish-influenced a la carte menu featuring authentic tapas and paella meant to be shared. Our six-course tasting menu, offered Fridays and Saturdays, has become many of our guests' favorite. Chef Alex combines the best in global cuisine with fresh local ingredients, and novel cooking techniques to create a dining experience “rarely” found in the Hamptons.
