They have so many unnecessary rules, only THIS race trac. I go to Belle chasse, gretna, Lafayette location and the rules are different. I get I have to show id but why are u telling me I can’t give my bag to the person that’s with me? Everyday new rules! They need MANAGEMENT!! REAL MANAGERS!! They’re disrespectful and will lose plenty of business here. Just sad. Lotto shuts down every night before 8 or 9pm. Flies everywhere! Somebody needs to pay em a visit ASAP!

The health department needs to be notified,every morning you go in to get coffee the whole station is infested with flies totally gross and unexceptable,Management needs to stop being lazy and monitor this location better.

This location is a total joke and filled with arrogant young employees, I have never been treated this badly at any store. I truly hope your business suffers because of the type of personel you choose to employee. I cant even rate you, there is no excuse for anyone to be treated this way.

Stopped in to use the Bathroom, but it was "Blocked" off. Couldn't use it.

Not even open 24 hours. Told to leave by employees

Rude horrible experience

It's aggravating when you drive 10-20 minutes to a store for a coffee only to be closed!!! Would not be a problem if it said it is not open. Not just this store... literally, only 1 or 2 racetrac are open at night for someone to get a fresh cup of coffee. Please update your hour so you don't waste people time and money.

Done with this location. I spend well over $100 a week at this location between food and drinks alone, go to purchase a while pizza from the premade counter (multiple signs up saying to do so) just to be stopped by the woman at the Deli stating I have to ask permission to take a whole pizza despite multiple signs stating you can do so. Tried to tell her the signs all say I can and she claims when the pizza is low you can’t take an entire pizza (there were 3 entire pizzas btw) Too much drama over a $10 pizza, and similar incidents have happened before.

Depending if there's a rush it's fast or slow
