After a really hard day working it's so nice to experience truly pleasant people such as Jennifer who helped me today at 7pm. Even though they were busy she went out of her way to help me when I was looking for something at the roller grill. I have noticed that she is always prompt professional and very courteous. I wish more service employees were like her.

2 Race Tracs literally within less than a mile of each other closed at 1030pm. Ridiculous when you advertise open 24hrs.

You NEVER open your doors in the morning when your employees stare at us outside waiting. It’s 5:15 and the best customer service you can do is keep your doors locked? What a joke. People have real jobs and have times to be there. Not wait for when you feel like doing YOUR job and unlock your “24/7” front door. Thanks, -the line of customers outside your front door trying to get service

These two stores queen city and EE butler are an absolute jokes every other 24 hour store in the country can operate with their doors open but these two stores can't pull it together and keep their doors open 24 hours absolutely disgraceful. Close ur doors if u can't operate as the advertised 24 hour store

Horrible restroom. No 24 hrs. They close early due to lack of people.

I love racetrac, I stopped by this one and the people were nice but no pizza , hot bar items were not desirable, yea it was about 9:30 bit it's not a issue at other locations, I'm on the road alot and know this was wrong. Condiments frozen and empty , sourkrout dry, hotdogs overdone and some not even rolling . Not a good look guys please do better. Also the dogs that are over done were only 97 degrees ...

This is the 5th time I need to get inside the store to get the receipt. All time ask them printer are not working at the pumps the answer is either jam printers or they just checked them and were working. It is annoying and waste of time to get inside, wait untik they help the customers inside to get the receipt. This is getting frustrating.

Never open in the morning so I started going to quiktrip
