What are the TRUE hours of operation? Ive been out here about 30 minutes and the doors are locked. I looked for even the slightest human interaction. NOPE. 1:43am early Saturday. I was also attempting to notify that someone pulled off with a gas handle. Theres employees, just not for the store.

I was at the store at 5:30 am and normally when they have only one person inside they deny customers until someone shows up. Today Louis(I think that's his name) was very helpful and resourceful he took orders for snacks and necessities through the door ensuring we got what we needed to start our day! This is the first time I've encountered this kind of help at this location. If they don't have enough staff for the hours then race trac doesn't need to be a “24 hour” store.

For the stores location, Im betting it ain’t easy to keep as nice as they do. It’s stayed consistently clean and the best place to stop for gas if you gotta keep heading north. It’s all down hill past that for convenience stores. Pretty much. They’ve got great pizza too, better than little Caesars half of the time. You can tell it’s actually fresh dough they are using. The doc marks on the dough, plus the dough isn’t over proofed. Which tells me they must be following procedures, time and dates on their products. Aren’t afraid of taking a loss if they gotta toss out old product. 9.99 isn’t a bad price either considering the quality of what your getting. Vs the 6 dollar sadness from caesars. Only giving em 4 stars for what’s really out of their control. Still not the biggest fan of going there. Depends on the time of day, and how many folk are staring me down @ the front of the store as I pull up in the parking lot. I’ve literally drove up, and on through the rest of the lot and been like nope, not today. False alarm, it can wait. Carrying on, gettin tf outta here.

Not open 24 hrs as advertised false advertisement

The Racetrac location off of airline and Tom Drive is my favorite fuel and all into one stop. There is never a time I visit and I’m not greeted upon entrance. This location is always outstandingly clean. I wish I could give this location 10 stars. The entire staff is amazing. There’s one employee I must say stands out. I believe her name is Kay. She’s always pleasant. Her customer service is beyond amazing. Thanks to this store for making my visits nothing short of great everytime.

This gas station opens way too late in the morning. I stop by at 6:00 AM most mornings and it's often not open. There's a lot of people trying to get in, but the doors are closed. I actually do not understand how a gas station that advertises its coffee is not open at 6:00 AM everyday.

Swirl world not working, fountain drinks not working n no ice, slushees not working, and the pizza has flies on it.

Coffee is HORRIBLE… I’m not sure if the workers aren’t tending to the coffee machines or what but this has happened to often! I barely use creamer but do to the fact my cup is more water than coffee is gross. A customer actually told me it looked watered down after I walked away to grab a spoon, and he poured his out because of the same thing at a different machine. This location is always busy in the mornings but I’m over my morning starting out like this because of laziness. This will cause of kinds of stomach aches..

Bad drink from the machine all them flat floor is nasty so just thinking about it the bathroom will be in probably the food not good so to me bad experience for this gas station employees not cleaning at all they lazy . Red flag for this place ⛔

Not open 24 hours as listed. They open when the employees feel like it. Worst ran racetrac in Louisiana. they let bums sit outside. Nasty store and place.
