R101 Ramen

3/8/24: Excellent ramen. Had the Tonkatsu with pork belly. Would return.

I feel compelled to leave a review since this is the best ramen I’ve ever had. Not only that, but their service is OUTSTANDING. I was received with a smile, got seated right away, and I got my food 2 minutes after I ordered. I was impressed. And don’t let the speed to which I was served follow you… THE RAMEN WAS AMAZING. You can really tell how slowly they cook the broth and the noodles. I’m truly amazed!

Tried this for the first time today and absolutely loved it, particularly the pickled cabbage. I can’t wait to come back.

The place and the food are amazing. No wonder the ratings are high. Highly recommended.

The food is excellent. However, when you order their ramen via food delivery apps they provide substantially less food. I’ve gone in person several times and ordered out more than 6 times. There’s no reasonable doubt here. Pretty low move.

The best Ramen I have had in this area

Got take out of Tan Tan Men, a Tonkotsu, and some takoyaki. Not sure if it’s just me, but the flavors have definitely gone down in how strong they taste. The noodles were bit softer as well when I asked for firmer noodles.
