Worst boudin and cracklings I have ever tasted. No meat all rice in the boudin and no meat on the cracklings all fat.

Traveling back to Texas and was recommended by local family. Great variety of cooked or frozen boudin balls and links, along with crackling. Friendly staff and fast, efficient sevice. A must stop

Never been to the Calhoun Drive location amd had a good experience. Never doing business there again

Out in the middle of nowhere, but the Boudin balls hits hard. The seasoning was on another level. I was freezing and soaking wet and the friendly worker gave me some samples.
