Quality Pizza Express

The reception on the phone was bad and the guy told me to “sort my life out” when he couldn’t make out my order. I persevered despite this for some reason. When the food came it was that bad I threw it straight in the bin. Don’t waste your time on this place.

The food was delicious. I tried all kinds of pizza, and it was amazing, especially the pepperoni. The family loved it with size 14 inch. Just try it. You will never forget Add to that the staff are amazing

Placed an order at 6.55pm to be told it would be 30-45 mins. At 8pm I rang asking where it was to be told that it was just being handed to the driver.....at 8.25 I rang asking where he was to be told he was on his way... 8.35 the driver shows up - and the order was wrong!! I then ring asking for the missing item to be told they would send at cost! You really don't want to know what my response was but needless to say, I won't be using them again! Absolutely diabolical customer service!

Great staff, great prices, great food. Ordering by phone is best. Parking: Free parking spaces right outside the shop.

food took 1h20mins and didnt all turn up, when I rang He tried to blame me and got loads of cheek of the staff saying it was my fault and that I wasnt a regular ive lived here 10 years so safe to say I wont be going back. Anyway the food isnt great and only any good when your drunk, there are better pizza shops in the area.

Second time in a row where I’ve ordered by phone and they’ve messed it up in store, but this time it seemed personal! I rang up and ordered food above £20 so I’d get the free garlic bread, I even said to make this thin base and they agreed, confirming I was getting it. When I got there, I was asked for 19.50 and there was no garlic bread, I asked why and he said he put the pizza through on a happy hour deal (when it wasn’t even happy hour!), so literally saving me a quid or two just so he didn’t have to make the pizza! I was foaming because I’d specifically ordered a couple sauces to bump the cost up, and that just seems very sly. I didn’t want to be rude to his face so I thought I’d voice my concerns here, I live locally and have been a lot, food is good but staff really aren’t. They don’t take their job seriously!

Best pizzas every. Highly recommend
