Quality Hotel Coventry

Have just had a fabulous weekend at the Quality Hotel Coventry, we were here for a near by conference, staff are so nice and helpful, can't do enough for you, had a lovely meal in the restaurant, quick Uber to the centre, clean room, will definitely come again, manager is a lovely lady

Absolutely terrible hotel, customer service are the worst I've ever experienced, the hotel is very smelly, staff are extremely rude Rooms: Terrible, the worst I've ever had the displeasure of using, completely filthy, unwashed bedding, filth all over floors and walls, windows don't work properly, toilet and shower barely worked, never ever will I even look at this hotel on any booking sites ever again, the smell in the entire hotel was sickening Safety: This hotel couldn't spell the work safety, toilets don't flush properly, the windows don't open or close properly, rooms are filthy and likely to spread infections Walkability: There are much better hotels within walking distance to this hotels, please please please just pay a little bit extra to stay somewhere where the staff are actually helpful and not rude Food & drinks: The smell of the food being cooked in this hotel was worse than being at a hospital or school, a homelessness good kitchen could provide better food than this hotel could ever imagine Noteworthy details: Customer service are terrible, never ever would I recommend this terrible hotel to anyone, I wouldn't even allow my worst enemy to stay at this hotel, the staff are extremely unhelpful, rude and the hotel is filthy

Was a regular user of this hotel until i got refused booking as they have filled up the place with illegal immigrants

I was at a wedding there with my partner & family, it was fantastic from our arrival, through the ceremony, all throughout the afternoon & evening, the staff were very friendly, helpful & professional, I would definitely recommend this place for a wedding venue
