***Update: 10/04/2024 - The machine has been looked over by a professional mechanic & a boiler blockage has been identified which has nothing to do with our apparent "misuse" of our machine and cleaning** After 12 months of serious issues with the machine we get the below message: I quote "However, We are willing to ask them to attend again but this will be on the understanding that you return to us as a coffee customer and buy the correct quality of beans. This, we believe will reduce the risk to the machine. "If you decide to continue with the poor-quality coffee beans, then we will need to charge for this call out and any other call outs moving forward. As Michael has already stated and has asked me to reiterate, we cannot offer a refund or an exchange because neither CoffeeTEK nor ourselves have not been able to determine a fault with the machine. " We followed all maintenance cleaning as per the book. We used Qualitasses bean for several months and had the same issues with the machine in which it wouldn't dispense espresso randomly and grind multiple portions and dump into waste which was a huge waste. With this in mind we changed to a cheaper bean as there was such high wastage. This allowed qualitasse to blame "Low Quality Beans" - £11 a kg for a bag of beans isn't going to just wreck a machine - pathetic! The bean change did nothing different. Obviously machine is now out of warranty and every person in qualitasse whether senior or junior have been patronizing and overall very upsetting - never ever use them again. We bought outright for 5K and now Qualitasse want us to buy there beans in order to fix a ridiculous problem. Stay away!

Qualitasse are a superb supplier ! Their coffee roast is second to none & the service is exceptional. We would recommend them to anyone. In particular David from the sales team always goes above & beyond for his customers & we are so grateful.

Turned up unannounced to buy some beans for my espresso machine, was given a tour of the roastery, some great tips and the best latte I've ever tasted! David and Richard 'The Bearded Barista' are clearly very knowledgeable and passionate about what they do. No more stale old supermarket coffee, I'll be buying my fresh roast beans from here from now on.

I arrived unexpectedly to buy a small amount of coffee without realising that this was not the normal process. However the 2 kind gentlemen who assisted me were so polite and accommodating to my needs - full accolades to them and thank you . The coffee grind was perfect for my nanopresso and the end result was fantastic. So all in all, I was a very happy customer. Thank you again!

We had our Barista training led by Michael on Tuesday 10th January 2023 at Bognor Regis Golf Club. My team were extremely nervous and Michael made us all feel relaxed from the beginning. The session was fun, informative and we had a chance to have a go with guidance and no judgement. The training we were given has already shown to have a significant improvement to both taste and presentation for our members to enjoy. I look forward to booking a refresher training session in a couple of months time. Myself and my staff would like to thank Michael for the session and his patience with us too. Highly recommended!

Amazing service!!! I turned up unannounced looking to buy a bag of coffee and I was pleasantly surprised to be invited out the back and shown the full range. Richard was really welcoming and clearly very passionate and knowledgeable about his product. He gave me loads of great tips and recommended a particular blend which he allowed me to try before buying.
