QDOBA Mexican Eats

Previous visits have been good, but this definately makes me rethink ever going back. Ordered a steak bowl and a shrimp bowl. I got it home and my wife said she thought it smelled off, tried a bite and immediately spit it out. I left my food at home and went to take hers back to the store. I asked for a bowl with just chicken, rice, and guac, and for a refund of the difference. I didn't bring my wallet with me as I thought this would be a simple exchange, but after 10 minutes of the employee trying to give me a refund, I got tired of waiting and left. Not sure why they just couldn't give me the 2.50 in cash and get the numbers right in their own time, but I guess that's not how they do things. On top of all of this, the chicken in the replacement bowl was overcooked and rubbery. I won't be back again.

The service here and the people who work here are very kind and polite! Honestly the very best.

The only thing good about this location is the service, and even that is a gamble. The food has been pretty awful on my last three visits and I won't be returning. Small portions, dry/rubbery meat, unevenly cooked beans and very mushy rice. Employees can't even bother to mix burritos anymore. This place just needs to close at this point.

i eat Qdoba all the time..maybe this was just an off day. chicken? burnt. beans? not cooked. portions? uneven. i got a bowl of basically rice, burnt chicken, hard beans, and 4 types of sauces that still wasn’t enough. chips were also very stale. this location experience is definitely different than the east side.

1 person working, no one in the restaurant, gentleman taking our orders wouldn't answer questions about menu items. Very odd experience
