QDOBA Mexican Eats

Service here was horrible but let me go into detail for you all. When I first walked in they looked at me and my family an interracial family and was talking about us. I may be black but I understand Spanish completely. Even with that aside every qdoba I go to if I say full portion the spoon is full not over filling but full with them that gave me and my family half scoops and charged us full portion. On top of that when the second women close to the register asked what meat was on it I told her steak and chicken. She rolled her eyes at me like I was lying just for her coworker to tell her it's steak and chicken. But when a Mexican customer asked for full portion they put 2 scoops of meat in theirs and made sure it was packed. So short story short if you aren't of their ethnicity don't go here you won't get good service at all.

This location gives the skimpiest portions, when you ask for more of something staff is upset, never greeted upon entering, staff always has attitudes, rolling eyes & smacking lips. I think staff believes that the portion sizes comes out of their checks. This location is closest to my house & I have given them chance after chance to get it right but it’s still the same thing every time I visit. They have officially lost my business.

La muchacha que esta haciendo la orden principal que es la persona que te recibe la que te pregunta que vas a querer es una arrogante…. Se supone que ella sepa trabajar para servicio al cliente porque es su trabajo…. Yo he trabajado con servicio al cliente y jamas le he hablado a nadie de esa manera y tampoco con la actitud que ella tenia… Ella me está preguntando que quiero le pedi un momento pues estoy viendo el menú las carnes que quiero no habia nadie detras de mi por tanto pues podia hacerlo sin prisa porque soy yo la que voy a consumirlo…. Tampoco es un Macdonals donde puedo comprar un cheese burger por $3 dólares estoy comprando una comida completa por el precio de $30 dólares para mi hija y para mi… porque se pone de mal humor si quiero preguntar cuales son las carnes disponibles… me tiró el arroz de mala gana en el plato y lo demas… yo pedi camarones porque no me dijo que eran las carnes que habian y yo a lo loco no como comida…. Me gustaria que vieran por las cámaras con la arrogancia que ella atiende a las personas…. Como es posible que atiendas al consumidor de esa forma y tirandole la comida que se va a comer que esta pagando que ella no sabe el sacrificio que uno ha hecho para tener $30 dolares y poder comer y me atiende de esa manera… me dio mucho coraje y sabes porque no deje la comida alli en el counter…. Porque la segunda muchacha que me atendió se dio cuenta de la actitud de la que me sirvió y me trato hablandome muy suave y con cara de pena y por ella fue que decidí pagar la comida y sentarme… si van a ver las camaras pague con dinero fue un billete de $20 y dos de $5 y el cambio fue unos centavos asi que los deje en el potecito que tienen de propina. Si ella no le gusta trabajar de servicio al cliente pues que busque otro trabajo eso es lo mas que hay en Milwaukee trabajos pero que no atienda a las personas con esa arrogancia pues nunca se sabe la tristeza que lleva un ser humano en su corazon una perdida de un familiar y ella en ves de darle una sonrisa a las personas que entran alli porque una sonrisa le cambia el dia a cualquiera persona, ella lo que hace es mirarla mal y ser arrogante y poner de mal humor al consumidor o mas triste de lo que esta… como me sucedió a mi… Debería estar en la parte de atras cociando y limpiando…

My parents and I went to this location and I was appalled at the attitude one of the workers gave my mom. My mother is deaf in her left ear, making it hard for her to understand what people are saying in loud areas. The worker asked what my mother wanted and when my mom didn't hear her and asked her to repeat herself, the worker rolled her eyes and gave her coworker an annoyed face. My mother started to tell her off but I deescalated the situation so we could just get our food. As we were leaving I told this worker that my mom is hard of hearing and that I didn't appreciate her attitude towards my mother. She then laughed in my face as I was leaving. I am disappointed that even though I tried to be nice about it at first she still didn't take me or my mother seriously.

Food was prepared very sloopy, cashier attitude was horrible (I feel like I was racially profiled), & my chicken was cold & old! Employees in the back kitchen eating over prepared food. The store opened @ 10:30am. I was there around 10:40. There is no reason why my chicken was cold
