QDOBA Mexican Eats

Ordered on the app, Selected curbside, no one came, called the store, no one answered, had to go in and pick up off the to go rack, they were not busy, wasn’t even acknowledged. I live less than a mile away, had to throw my food in the microwave.

We came in with hungry grumpy kiddos after our tire blew out on the freeway and we got it changed down the road. They did great at accommodating us quickly, our daughter got the kids nachos and they were too spicy but they quickly offered a quesadilla in place and didn’t charge us. Everyone was happy. They have a recommendation for the nachos with the chips on the side and it was fantastic so my chips didn’t get soggy. Didn’t even know you could do that. Thanks!!

Food is really good and the staff are fast at preparing the food. The staff doesn't really interact in conversations with customers unless it has to do with food prep.

We love Qdoba but this trip was pretty disappointing. Their are multiple signs all over the restaurant that the ‘New Management’ is restricting things that Qdoba hasn’t done in the past like charging for extra rice or beans and student discounts are only for local college students. The drink machine isn’t working (it wasn’t the last time we were in town almost a month ago—maybe just a coincidence). They said management told them they couldn’t serve us tap water. We will probably drive through to Yukon next trip.

They chartered us w0.80 for 3 tacos and it was nasty
