QDOBA Mexican Eats

Clean fast and professional. The employee working went above and beyond to give us great service. Kid-friendliness: Took my 3 year old on a date and they made her feel special. They have a great employee!!

Employee was very obviously high. Food was old and all of the cilantro, lettuce etc was very wilted. Queso was so old it was a dark yellow. Worst experience. Change management or something...

some of the worst customer service i’ve ever had! and normally im gracious because im a server and bartender myself but this was just crazy. there were two black men working tonight (i’m black too so it’s not a race thing) and one of them saw the line getting long and walked up from the whole time being on his phone. he was taking his sweet time. and when he finally got off his phone he put it in his pocket and started serving us, he didn’t even wash his hands. then tried to give me and other customers old dry chicken until i asked if he had any fresh. there was a whole new container sitting on the back counter. i got charged for double chicken too! i then asked him for help with my rewards and he was like “i don’t know” and so i told him nevermind on the chips and queso and he still charged me for it. and then it took an extra 3 minutes to get my refund back. i felt bad for holding up the line :/

Only 1 employee here....where's the GM to help him? He did an awesome job. Food was good, but since only 1 employee pop machine out on some drinks and few food items not available (none that I cared about anyway). Star is for the MVP that showed up to work.

When there 20min ago had called previously about the rice, I asked if they had fresh rice because the rice is hard as bricks after awhile, they assured me it was fresh get home and once again it's like eating the rice was hard . I'm done

Got a bowl tonight. I couldn’t hear the dude behind the counter at all. My bowl had zero taste as well. I got chicken veg and pickled onions with cilantro rice. For 13 bucks it’s really not worth it

Food was super great, tasty and honestly really well cooked. I slept on this place for a long time and it actually really obsessed with it. The staff are just so incredibly friendly and welcoming, definitely recommend a veggie bowl cause that’s what I always get! yum yum yum 5 starz Dietary restrictions: So awesome for vegetarians

Yesterday there were two of the nicest employees I had ever met in there! I came in at about 5pm and they were so helpful and I had the fastest service I’ve ever had in there. I didn’t catch their names but wanted to give a kudos to them for being so positive and helpful. Thank you!

The food and atmosphere were good, but I really wanted to commend the service. We were at the Tulsa Hills location on a Saturday afternoon (9/16/23) and there was only ONE employee working, who turned out to be the district manager (didn’t catch her name). She gave excellent service, didn’t seem phased at all by the situation, was very friendly, and really represented Qdoba! She was even cleaning tables! Kudos to this employee- she needs three raises, Qdoba!
