This is absolutely the worst restaurant!!! The sevice is absolutey terrible (it is like you are bothering them) and the food is one small step above garbage. They either forget half of what you ordered or they dont have it. If you like being disrespected or dont care what they give you to eat, then this is the place for you. If i could give a negative rating i would!

We got a streak burrito, a chicken rice bowl, and chips with queso. Everything was fresh, delicious, and the crew was so much fun. Will definitely be back!

Extremely disorganized mess! Ordered food at 8:10, said it would be ready around 8:21, don't get food until 8:57! Kept taking people's orders and did not acknowledge 6+ people waiting for pickup. Tried to get their attention, but no one looked and left us all in confusion. Then when we got home and opened the bag up, it did not include the chips we ordered. Not going back!

Nasty RUDE workers. Won’t be back to this location anymore. The woman with short locks is always nasty and condescending every time I come in. Also dirty and is noticeably not cleaned on a daily basis.

Not good, I used to work at the best in the region in Monroe downriver, it was awesome, this Qdoba has poor customer service, the servers are just rude, when lunch rush or dinner rush comes around it’s the worst time to come, food everywhere, not being wiped clean consistently as it should be with their rag & buckets of sanitizer water, saw a female swipe meat from the counter back into the bucket… I went home food was just gross, I will not be coming to this Qdoba again, I’ll drive further out for another one just to get quality food & respectful workers.

Just ordered 2/16/24 @ 445pm. Ordered the steak-fajita pepper quesadila, came with no peppers. Also ordered shrimp nachos with veggies, came with no shrimp! As well as a side order of queso and chips, the queso was only half filled. I ordered online, so they printed out a receipt stating what I requested and stuck it on the containers. Shrimp and peppers were on there. Not sure how it was missed. Oh, and speaking of missing things, I might as well add how I also didn't get any side orders of sour cream per requested. Wasted money.
