QDOBA Mexican Eats

Years ago I would’ve given 5 stars. Just last night walking in was the worst I’ve ever dealt with at any restaurant in the city. They keep the lights off at night to not attract business and when you walk in their attitudes are very snobby. If they don’t want to work they should be fired. The store was pre closed prior to close so much that they only had 3 choices of meat (not everybody eats chicken fyi) and barely any vegetables. I definitely could not get the full experience because instead of the employees striving for service they were striving to pull out of the parking lot at 10:01 which is not how food service works. You can’t get your moneys worth if you walk in past 8pm in my opinion and it’s getting worse and WORSE. SORRY NOT SORRY. PEOPLE ARE TRYING TO FEED THEIR KIDS FOR CHRIST SAKE.

Food was amazing but there was a dead cockroach in the bathroom

They were closed today on 07.20.2023 with no notice on Google or their website. Update. They reached out to provide compensation for this situation and I've been going to their location every once in a while. Their service is good and the people are friendly. The only reason I don't give them a higher rating is because one of the cooks kept staring at me making me feel extremely uncomfortable. As a woman that has to dine alone at times due to lunch hour from work, this makes the environment feel unsafe.

Kid rushed me through my order because they were half a hour from closing. Half the food looked like it had been out since the morning.. i get it’s the end of the day but still.. Had my order checked out so fast i couldn’t add sides or a drink. Got the vibe he didn’t want to me there and was not very friendly… there’s a reason i never come to this location.
