Worst chocolate ever

I love Purdys. Always a great place to get the sweet treats for those you love. I made a small little custom box for me and my guest to enjoy treats we liked. Got a bunch of Christmas gifts. The employee was very helpful, sweet and super chipper. Great environment. Also their chocolates are the best.

Good chocolate but i went in to get ice cream at 6:30 and the lady said they dont serve ice cream at 6:30. Open til 7 and she was already counting the cash in the register so i think she just wanted to leave early lol.

I tried their chocolates for the first time and I must say, it was best! They have a great collection of chocolates and the price is very reasonable. I also bought the hot chocolate which tasted great. Stuffs were very friendly and they provided an excellent service!

Manager treated me rudely

The workers there are rude, you say hi to them they do not answer you back “when their supposed to greet their own customers.” They look like they don’t wanna be at work, they do not smile, having an attitude and made me feel uncomfortable for the third time AGAIN. One of my favourite place to buy chocolate but having workers like this makes me not wanna buy from there again. It’s unfortunate.

I've tried lost of things from this place but the two things that stand out are the matcha chocolate pieces and the vegan dark salt caramel dark chocolate pieces. Highly recommend the latter if you're going to try something from this place.
