Staff are not very accommodating in this location. I always ask for mixed toppings when i buy ice cream bar at any purdys location and my experience has always been a positive one! but this coquitlam centre in particular said "oh we don't do that here" type of service among all the purdys I have been to. I thought that was weird. Ice cream should make you feel sweet and happy not feeling left disappointed. 0 customer service

Ice cream was the best they were also very nice they had amazing flavours

The lady that was working there was very rude. We bought $20 worth of ice cream. My 2 year old son dropped his sprinkles and started crying. She had no sympathy and just made us buy more sprinkles. I felt the customer service was really bad at this location.

Our 3 year old daughter dropped her ice cream right outside Purdys after we just had purchased it, and the nice lady with dark hair said she’d get her a new scoop, and a few seconds later the red haired older lady said “well you’re paying for that”. Unpleasant and horrible customer service.
