I have visited punjab grill at Kala ghora , Very bad maintenance , no seats available , no AC working , no staff available , very poor experience 👎 waited for 45 minutes even after Zomato conformed reservation , funniest part was even after 45 min waiting no seat was available and very rude manager . Very bad experience 👎

Sooper ampiance and excellent food service

The atmosphere of the restaurant is undeniably pleasant and creates a welcoming vibe. It’s the kind of place you’d want to spend time in, with its well-designed interior and perhaps even a great view, especially given its location in South Mumbai, a place known for its high-end dining experiences. The service might be good, the decor stylish, and the ambiance relaxing—everything you’d expect from a restaurant in this part of the city. However, when it comes to the most important aspect of dining out—the food—it leaves much to be desired. For a restaurant in such a prime location, you expect the food to be a standout, but unfortunately, it doesn’t live up to that standard. The dishes, though perhaps well-presented, lack the flavor, creativity, or quality you’d expect, making the experience quite underwhelming. Given the culinary expectations in South Mumbai, where there are countless other places offering both good ambiance and excellent food, this restaurant unfortunately doesn’t justify a recommendation based on its menu alone. While it might be worth visiting for the setting, if you’re looking for a memorable culinary experience, this might not be the place.

SERVICE IS BAD! I HAD TO ASK FOR MINT CHUTNEY 3 TIMES BEFORE I WAS TOLD THEY ARE OUT OF STOCK. I HAD TO ASK FOR WATER, BILL AND FINGER BOWL ATLEAST 3 TIMES EACH... NOT WORTH THE MONEY SPENT HERE

Excellent experience of bringing international guests here. The food was tasty and made less spicy to accommodate traditional German spice levels.

Great food, classy ambience, helpful service. We were referred to this place for lunch by our driver while visiting Mumbai, it was a very good recommendation. All the food was high quality and generous portions, and our waiter was very helpful with the ordering, assisting us to choose a few less spicy dishes for my children. Very satisfied, thank you.
