I have had a rocky experience with Pulp. One day, I ordered from them on DoorDash to celebrate with my friends. When we receive it, one of the smoothies is opened and spilled on top of the drink carrier. Later that evening, both friends and myself got seriously sick. We all had different meals, besides the Pulp smoothies. Now, usually with frozen foods, like the amazing manager Brett informed me of, it’s very unlikely to get sick from them when they’re freshly frozen and used within a short period of time. I had called and made a complaint about my experience, and Brett assured me that he would look into it with his Pulp establishment and reach out to DoorDash corporate to get to the bottom of this. In return, for my inconvenience, Brett from Pulp had sent me a very nice letter and a $30.00 gift card to apologize and make amends for what had happened. I went from leaving an upsetting 1-star review to an amazing 5-star review, just from the customer service alone! The smoothies, though made us sick, tasted phenomenal as always, so I have to give them that at least! Thank you again, Brett!
