Ordered shrimp and grits, a po'boy, and bread pudding. Everything was amazing! Highly recommemd.
I tried Etouffe today !! I knew it would be so good…Cajun dishes always suit Korean’s taste 😋
Honest review: It’s not all that.
I heard so many great things about this restaurant and wanted to love it, but I was deeply disappointed. I had the Etouffee, and while it wasn’t bad, it was not great.
Gumbo over grits was amazing! I will definitely be going back very soon.
Easily the best bread pudding I have had. As it states on their website, no raisins, no nuts, just bourbony butter bread." No lies. It is amazing. I first had it off their food truck in DC back in 2020. I have been going to this location since I started working from home. Traveling about 40 minutes each way and it is absolutely worth it.
The food stall is located in the Union Market. The owner was friendly and offered us samples to try before order the food.
We had shrimp gumbo with grits and shrimp Étouffée. Both dishes had generous amount of shrimp and full of flavor and delicious.
Bourbon bread puffing was very good as well.
I've been a loyal customer of Puddin’ in Union Market for years, and I can confidently say they have the best bread pudding in the city. The addition of their own ice cream is a game changer—no more running to another venue to complete my dessert. The combination is simply divine.
But Puddin’ isn’t just about the desserts. Their crawfish etouffee is incredible and always brings me back to my roots in Texas with each bite. It’s authentic, flavorful, and comforting.
If you’re in Union Market, Puddin’ is a must-visit. Their dedication to quality and consistency over the years deserves all the love and recognition.
