PT PHO Express - Carefree & I -17

Will not be back food was ok, this place is Americanized for sure and you will not get an authentic Vietnamese experience here. The dinning room had not been cleaned there was dirty plates on almost every table. Not clean at all it makes you wonder what the kitchen is like.

I first came here a couple of years ago and it was great, but since then it's fallen off. The service is the worst you will get at any restaurant in the area. Everyone who works here absolutely hates their life. The pho is mediocre at best and the atmosphere nakss you wanna kill yourself

Food is great and service even better. Will definitely be back!

They didn't make my food twice in a row(different days) . I have never ordered from a restaurant in my life that flat out didn't make my food. But for them to do this twice is just negligence. When I sent them a direct message e mail I got no response. So no customer service or kitchen wherewithal. Top it off the first time we ordered and they actually made the food the beef was so chewy we couldn't eat it. Asked for a refund and never heard back. What a joke this place is!

This place was my favorite go to for pho but it has gone down hill with the new staff. When I order my normal pho combination I was overcharged and when asked about it the cashier said they can’t refund our mistake because there is no button for a refund. What?!

Delicious Pho soup!!!

Soup pho is good, rich flavour With full of meat and veggies Remember to ask for more if you order 2 Because they only send 1 veggie for sharing I'll recommend add 1 full plate Then squeeze in the lemon Flip the noodles on top and you're good to go But stir fried noodles is definitely nah Too sweet, can't even tell I'm eating noodles or candy

Amazing!

Not only was my pad Thai and spring roll was delicious. My 5 year old ask for Pho and the guy gave my son a small amount of pho and noodles. Perfect amount! Thanks, to that waiter/ cashier. He welcome everybody that walked through that door. Amazing service! ❤️
