Unique flavors and topping. The actual donut underneath is average. Extra points for having vegan options. My kids love the cookie monster donut (Oreos).
Psycho do not. My god the place has gone down hill. Coffee was cold and watery. Showroom was being used as a storage facility. Cashiers no longer in the psycho uniform. Sent a pic to my daughter and her comment was the shattering of fond childhood memories. I want to support small businesses more than anything. But come on, you gotta have standards. You used to set them. Today there was none. Happy to remove this review if you can get back to quality
My very first time at Psycho Donuts!! I received a wonderful complimentary Chocolate covered, glazed Donut with Custard and Vanilla Creme Filling, absolutely Amazing Donut. I highly recommend this tasty donut and outstanding customer service by Abbey! Here is a picture of my very delicious donut and I shall return again,Thank you so very much 🙏❤️💐
Limited selection and not the same quality of donuts as they previous had
No cash accepted, no expresso available.
Donuts were good.
The donuts are awesome the staff is great. I just wish the place was more cozy and a real sitting area to sit down, enjoy your donuts and enjoy the place, but you can't really. It would be a great place with small couches where you could hang out.
These donuts use to be delicious and worth the money. But not anymore. Donuts were dry and not as they use to be. They don't even have all of the donuts advertised..disappointing.
I drove 20 mins to get vegan donuts and they decided to change their open time to 9 today
I either wait 45 mins or drive 40 mins, no thanks
I want to give Zero Stars!!!
Why does this donut shop even bother opening up? Since moving back I've been wanting to try this donut shop and every time I've gone in there, they've got a limited supply of donuts. I'm a big fan of glazed donuts and I hear they have one of the best in the city. But if you can't walk in and buy a donut that you want and they only have the $5.50 donuts then that's a problem. Now I see why their hours have changed from Thursday to Sunday and "today" they opened an hour late. Very disappointed and I don't think I'll be returning because the kids they have working there are clueless as well. I asked when they're going to have more donuts ready and the girl says, "I don't know, maybe an hour or two!" My suggestion, close down for the day and you'll save money on the worthless labor you have working!
I do have a question for the owner. It seems by the advertisement on the door, you'd rather have your customers go to the Westfield Mall to buy your donuts. I know the rent is astronomical in their food courts. If this is your bakery location, then maybe you should close the doors so your patrons only visit the mall. This will save you the labor you have with the 3 I saw in there waiting to open the doors at 9am which was 1 hour later than your schedule hours posted. I understand running a business is hard and trying to keep your staff employed is a reason to possibly keep your Campbell Ave location open. But if you cannot get donuts sold and your patrons have to wait an extra hour for what they are looking for, that's gonna make your patrons seek out other places for their cravings. Your donuts may be good and heavily desired. But if there is no ready and only 2 varieties are on the empty shelves, your staff is not worth the time you pay them!
Never open - actual hours do not correspond to those advertised.
Really sugary, limited vegan options, no vegan milk, really great staff though!
Very dirty looked like storage room in the lobby. Only a few donut choices. Nothing like when it first opened very disappointing
Vegan doughnuts seem to smell like a ton of chemicals. Dont understand the hype with these and other regular Doughnuts. Quite pricey too with an average of $3 to $4 per doughnut.
