We hosted a surprise party for my wife’s 50th birthday yesterday at Provisions. We were in The Cabin for our private party. Joe and Chance did a wonderful job taking care of our party of 27. The food was amazing, especially the appetizers and the short rib. We’ll definitely be back in the future!
I got an email from ‘Seed Oil Scout’ saying someone reviewed Provisions and rated it as a ‘Dine Happily’ place, which means they use a lot of good healthy fats (ghee, butter, tallow) and not seed oils, so we got excited to try it out. Our server, Baxter was great in helping us understand the intricacies of what makes Provisions unique, such as local and organic sourcing and making much of their breads and sauces in house. Everything we selected was excellent! I especially loved the lamb shank and beef tartare.
Great spot for a date night, and the brunch is good too. Super cute/cozy restaurant with a unique menu.
Friendly waitress, delicious food, perfect portions, great coffee.
We ordered all the small plates on the menu and everyone of them was executed very well. If you haven't been here before do yourself a favor and check them out. The thoughtfulness of each dish is an experience that will not disappoint. My wife and I travel all over to seek out the best food and provisions is one of those places that will be memorable for you. We will be back for sure.
I got the chicken and waffles, with a side of biscuits and gravy. The chicken is seasoned well and the waffles were firm, but still soft enough to enjoy. The biscuits and gravy was good also... seasoned and a good consistency. I'd only ask that my food be hot next time. It came cooled down. Parking: I parked across the street, in the shopping plaza. No parking spots by restaurant.
Maybe it was an off-day (on a Saturday evening??), but dinner was somewhat disappointing this time. Both entrées, scallops and cacio e pepe, were very, very salty. Decent bottled wine selection, cozy atmosphere. But being a creature of habit, I’ll return.
If it was appropriate to lick the plate, I would have. This place is incredibly artful with their food. Every bite is SO good. I was very impressed with their dinner. Their brunch is also SOOO good. The mimosas feel extra bubbly here. The ambience is so cozy. It's the perfect place for a casually intimate setting! We'll be following Chef Tyler Stokes more closely with his endeavors in Utah.
Cute little restaurant with fun and chic decor interior. We had a party of 12 and the staff was an absolute delight! Eggs Benedict was splendid and their choice of adult beverages was refreshing!
