Lettuce in the grilled pork dumplings wasn’t fresh… so disgusting rotten lettuce

Must have changed recipes or such as the food was terrible. Sorry but had to throw it away.

If I could give this a minus score i would .. Disgusting Food - most of which tasted like it had been sat about for ages - When complaining the owner said he didn't care - Take note of all these reviews - I'll go back to using new plentiful in Hornchurch , where the food is great and staff are friendly and appreciative of custom - avoid like

Ordered a fair amount of food for the 4 of us and it arrived piping hot and 10 minutes early. Really tasty and well priced.

Awful telephone manner, i phoned to place a large order for collection and the man who answered the phone was so rude to me before I had even made an order that I decided to take my business elsewhere. I didn’t think he had heard me as he was not responding so when I said hello for the second time i was met with a very unprofessional and rude manner. I have seen other reviews regarding the manner and tone of someone working there and I am guessing this is him. Sadly they may not last long now as the food reviews don’t look great either.

Food was lovely, not greasy like some places you go, food was hot too. Polite guy on the phone when ordering and our order was ready pretty quickly.

WORST customer service. RUDE owner who needs to learn how to speak to people
