Pretzelmaker

It was the worst experience ever. I ordered pretzels from this place for my kids. The Spanish lady who served us was very rude. I needed some napkins cause my son threw up in the floor and I wanted to clean it up, unfortunately she refused to to give me some napkins and I was bugging her but she turned her face and ignored me. Never go there again!

Put in a mobile order. Was told by the employee there was another pretzel store in the mall. Verified with mall security I was at the correct location. Went back and told the employee this. Employee called someone for help, got on the phone with another person, this person asked what I ordered, employee eventually gave me something different. I don't know how this location stays in business when you can't fulfill a mobile order. Whole ordeal took 15+ minutes.

Big fan of their pretzel dogs and lemonade, both of which are (almost) always consistent in taste.

the worst experience in pretzel market I visited the store today the woman who took my order started laughing in front of me when I was taking the order I felt very offended she looked at her partner and they laughed and turned to see me this is the last time I visit that store the truth is the worst the customer service does not work the pretzels are very good it hurts the rude employees who work in that location.
