Pretty Bird Hot Chicken, Sugarhouse

This was my first time using the online order function. I wanted to save time. And it did just that. However there was a problem with my order. I had already left the store and at first was pretty frustrated that their website didn’t have a customer service hub/page. The only email I could find was referring to large orders. I thought why not I might as well ask. With in literal minutes they responded to my email with ways to mend the situation. I am so thankful I was heard, let alone the situation was fixed before I was done eating my nuggets. They are a great team.

Quality has not risen with prices. Very frustrating to receive stale buns more often than not. Zero consistency - order “Hot Behind,” receive mild/medium.

It was difficult to find parking, and the food is a bit pricey. The service is amazing and the food is delicious! Overall I'd recommend it.

It's OK hot chicken... I wouldn't go more than 3 miles out of my way to get it. (And I routinely go 15 miles for the top 25% good foods) But if you must eat Pretty Bird's, eat it fast... the fries have a half-life of 5 minutes, the chicken is 10-12 minutes, just warning you. If they don't get your food to you, or if you don't pick it up on time, then, my friend, you just made a 14-50 dollar mistake. Thankfully, I have learned to request them to make it again when no one calls out an order number and the food sits there. Parking: The parking lot is door-ding central. If you care for your car's paint and/or appearance, then, for the love of all that is holy... don't park here.

My new favorite place to get chicken tenders! I love their special sauce and the chicken is crunchy on the outside and juicy on the inside!

Any of the chicken sandwiches are so delicious. their fries are just so so. Atmosphere is open concept, clean and inviting. Every one of their chairs needs to be changed out. They are all made of metal in different type chairs. I say on a bench that had no padding. I went with a close friend and both of our butts hurt after just eating.

I came in to Pretty Bird with my brother, we were just looking for a chill place to eat dinner and settled on Pretty Bird. We came in during rush, it was pretty busy and there were a lot of people, but despite how busy it was, the employees were kind and treated us like we were the only ones in there. There was an employee, he was tall and his name was either Cameron or Caden, I couldn’t really tell, but he offered to top off our drinks when he brought us our food which I though was very kind. All of the employees were kind and in a good mood, which made my experience 10x better. I will definitely be dining here again, simply because it was a great environment thanks to the staff.
