£4 for a scone and they do not have butter, even if you ask. Instead you have to have cream and jam. So dry. Ridiculous

I don't know how they manage to get the easy concept of takeaway coffee so wrong. One person takes your order, you then aren't directed anywhere to collect it, you just sort of stand to one side as there is no coffee collection space. Then another person makes the coffee and then someone else shouts the coffee when it's ready. But the problem is when busy, more than one person has often ordered the same coffee and no one seems to know who has ordered what. Ordered two drinks together, well you can expect them to come at completely different times. Gets two stars as at least pret coffee is drinkable.

Rude staff. The management is horrible. The blonde manager is treating you like you are getting free coffee.
