Nice enough staff but... - seriously overpriced. Nearly £3 for a cup of tea with oatmilk?! Better to go to McDonalds opposite where it'll cost less than half. - genuinely grotty. They don't employ enough staff to clean and tidy. Had to use a wet wipe to clean the table and this is how dirty it was after wiping

My hot chocolate was delicious and the service was good, but the tables down the back have hardly any space around them - it’s too cramped.

As a regular customers to Leeds train station, i would like to shout out "Arron" is always exceptionally polite, friendly and feel warm welcome to Pret. It would be nice if you could give him a recognition.

The coffee subscription is still good value, even though it has recently gone up to £30 per month. The coffee is good quality and there is a good selection. Most of the staff are very friendly, work hard, and build rapport with customers. They also work under pressure when the queue is out of the door at peak times.

I love Pret Leeds station. Staff service is superb! I am a regular customer with coffee subscription and staff makes me feel at home! Spot on with my coffee preference , friendly and efficient. Top of the range service . Just want to say a big thank you all. Vegetarian options: The variety of vegetarian option is great Always fresh and delicious.
