The food is very good and healthy

Staff are rude and dismissive, can’t imagine how bad it is when they’re busy!

Very rude. I wanted a butter crossaint and asked the guy (who looked like the manager-black guy, medium tall height working at the till) to make it warm. He said no (which I didn't really understood why) and plus made weird faces. Very annoying. Don't recommend the place

The staff is normally okay but there is this one female employee who has short hair and wears glasses. To the say the least, she needs to change her attitude. I’ve noted how condescending she is towards customers and especially others employees and that’s just not right. Also she’s not doing anyone a favour by doing her job so, what’s the attitude for?. Thank you for ruining my morning on many occasions.

Use Pret A Manger whenever we see one, always a nice place to have a drink and something to eat, we had pasta ( hot) with different fillings, they were delicious, coffe and tea which wete nice, staff were lovely, would recommend to anyone, will defo continue using whenever we see them...

Cashier (brown curly hair) looked very annoyed and angry at me with no reason. Couple of times she served me and every time she’s rude and screws up with my order idk if it’s on purpose or not.

We were there around noon and there were no more croissants, only a small selection of pastries. Very tasty coffee, sweet and essential.

Bad memory staff( a woman with blue hair looking like she fell in several buckets of different paint) forgets easy leaving you to wait till the cows coming home ridiculous expensive too don't go there!!! She said I had already given the coffee out (I was there, and she served someone else) naughty little lies.... Pret standards are so low nowadays that compared with Greg's is like the local pub compared with Kings kitchen.

I was perched on a broken seat which wasn't very relaxing, the tables weren't cleared very quickly...but they are really busy, it's a good, popular venue and usually the service is fab
