Best Coffee I have had for years

My first time in this place today but definitely somewhere I will return to. Beautiful decor, spacious yet so cosy, very friendly and helpful staff and owner, great coffee and cakes. Loved the place.

Such a shame. We had visited Prestons frequently for coffees and cakes.Our son who is 2 we bring our own biscuits / food as he has food aversion and is Autistic. The usual staff are friendly but On the last trip we were told by a man who we believe is the son of the owners that ‘no food was allowed’ . We explained that we came most days and ordered ours but as a 2 year old autistic child he had his own. We were told this was ok “on this occasion” but not again… as such we will go to Bear where not only are they ok with this but give our son crayons and a colouring sheet… pretty silly to not see the bigger business picture. By reading other reviews apparently the owner seems to be very rude. Won’t go there again. They’ve lost such loyalty customers such as us!

Really good coffee, good service and the almond filled pastry warmed up was delicious . Will visit again when in the area.
