Like many other reviews have mentioned, the cashier is very rude and arrogant. I used to order from this store almost every week pre-pandemic, and this was my first visit in several years. The service had gone so bad, that I don’t think I would ever visit this location again. My husband and I took our two year old to the store, and since I was afraid my son would get impatient waiting in line, I ordered two drinks from the mobile app. After we got in, we just took a seat in the waiting area directly, and I was hoping that the cashier would call my name when my order was ready. When I saw the cashier packing two drinks, a third one was ready for another order, and it seemed nobody else was picking them up, I asked “ Are these for my order?”(hoping that she would ask me for my name or phone number or something). The cashier looked at me and said “ I don’t know what you ordered.” I told her the name of one of my drinks, but couldn’t remember the full name of the other one, so I asked if they had names on the orders. She replied “I have no idea what your name is either. In fact, I didn’t know what you guys were doing here. You just walked in the store without a word.” I told her I made a mobile order and my name. She said she would call me when my other drink was ready. I asked whether the one on the counter was mine though, she said yes. When she called me for my second drink, I grabbed a third straw (because we have three people). She stopped me, and asked “Didn’t you already have two straws?”. This is by far the worst experience I have had at any store. I would have given negative scores for the service if I could. Kid-friendliness: Extremely not kid-friendly
