I've had better.

My first time coming here was a couple of months ago, I had trouble deciding what to order but the nice young lady working helped me choose something that would fit my preferences and without a doubt I loved it! I’ve since then been coming here 3x a week after my Pilates class sometimes alone or with friends. This place is so clean and so peaceful and the workers here are always so nice and welcoming and I always love bringing my friends here because just like me they love it. Every time I come one of the workers who is a young lady greets me with the warmest smile and kindest attitude she always helps me when I’m willing to try a new drink and makes my drinks flawlessly!

Wonderful customer service! We visited and didn't know a lot about boba and different flavors, etc., but the lady that was working there was very patient with us and helpful to recommend some tastes.

i ordered a brown sugar milk tea with uber. i paid additionally so it was supposed to be oat milk. i usually love this place and i always get the exact same thing. today, they delivered this, which very evidently doesn’t have any milk. i tasted it and it was plain tea, and you could hardly taste any brown sugar. it’s fine though, mistakes happen so i figured i’d just drive there myself and ask them to please fix it. i work in food too so I already know how annoying it is when karens do that, so I made sure to be extra kind about it. the two girls working there just rolled their eyes and looked at each other for a while and told me “that has milk” like??? i always get the exact same drink and it’s usually closer to a beige color. i just told them if they could please remake it but they didn’t and just took my drink back (which i had already tasted) and “modified it.” (isn’t this against policy? that’s not sanitary) they gave it back to me basically the same. no kidding, i think they added like a few drops of milk. second picture is the after. i drank some but it’s still terrible so I threw it away after. they were extremely rude which surprised me bc everyone here has always been nice, and I was the only customer there.

I ordered a brown sugar milk tea ,added on with crystal boba but the employee forgot,so i went back and asked very kindly but the two girl seem to be emtremely rude and does not want to fix the order.They then opened the top with barehand and added the crystal boba which was kind of unsanitary.Would not recommend here.

One of the better boba shops honestly. A lot of places these days are really watered down for American tastes (usually flavorless or too sweet) but not here - everything tastes awesome! Teas taste like tea and the flavors are all genuinely different. Fruit teas are always phenomenal. Drinks feel fresh and service is always fast. The shop itself is very cute as well!

I came here for the first time recently and I was astonished by the care this one worker gave me. I think her name was Katy and after a not so great day, I left with some fantastic boba as well as a smile!

Amazing service! Katy gave me the brightest smile and gave my drink in no time.
