Went there on Wednesday night and got the best service and boba ever!! Would strongly recommend

I just love their products. Taste so good and I like the cup. I go there twice a week. Not cheap but it is a nice treat.

I have to admit, the bubble tea is incredibly good. Yet, ever since there was self serve, none of the employees seem to be taking orders for people with cash. I stood In front of the normal cash register for at least 15 minutes, while employees clearly had the time to serve me. I can understand the ones who were busy making drinks, of course, but there was some just looking at me, and then finding something to keep busy immediately after. The customer service is incredibly poor.

Waited 15minutes for 1 drink when the store was empty, besides that it’s a delicious drink and I recommend on a hot summer day.
