Premier Inn Scarborough (South Bay) hotel

Fantastic location, carpark across road £12,just need the weather.....clean room as expected

This was so much better than I expected....staff so helpful and friendly...room was clean and comfortable and modern...location great for beach and town...breakfast good

The service was, brilliant, and very friendly staff, the food was very nice, enjoyed it very much

Rooms: Room was really spacious, everything we needed for a few nights stay. Very pleased, it was our third visit to this hotel, but the first since it has been renovated. Will definitely return in the near future. Nearby activities: There is an escape room and an axe throwing place just around the corner, lots of shops and places to eat on the doorstep. It is a short walk to arcades and sea front, with a lift down to the promenade.

Stopped here as a family of 4. Rooms are clean and in good condition. All the staff we met were friendly and happy to help. Only negative is the family room was very small. One single bed was wedged between the wall and double bed. Sticking out at bottom due to bedside table. Which ment 2 of us could only get I to bed from the bottom. We also had breakfast in the Brewers Fayre attached. This wasn't up to the usual standard. Very slow at topping up. Only egg option was scrambled and bacon looked like it had been shown the frying pan for a few seconds. It wasn't busy which was a suprise as its the school holidays. Rooms: Family rooms are small. Nearby activities: Good location in the center of Scarborough. We visited the arcades which are a short walk away although it's very hilly. Luna Park is also within waling distance which my teens love. We got the bus to peasolm Park. £17 for 4 people all day rider. The shops in the town centre are also worth a visit.

great rooms , great stay and friendly staff , only one thing to point out and that is the beds are really squeaky, and just hope we didn't disturb any other guests , that said great hotel at a great price , I've left a review about the restaurant separately
