Great 'stop off' on way South.
Exactly as expected. Nice room a d comfortable bed
First time to Penrith and was pleasantly surprised. Seems like a really place overall. The premier inn itself was clean and well kept, staff were friendly Very handy having Sainsbury’s on the door step, also the parking was great too
They had been without having the ability to provide meals 3 days prior to my booking and yet they still charged top rates, WITHOUT ME KNOWING OR THEM INFORMING ME!
Absolutely fantastic Checked in late due to travelling the guy on reception was so lovely and helpful. Parking was so easy. Location was fab. Staff at breakfast were brilliant breakfast was delicious fresh so much to choose from already planning our next trip and we will definitely be staying with to you as one of our stops superb. Like arriving home when you walk through the door comfortable beds are Fabulous Rooms: Spotless very modern Food & drinks: In centre of town
Good branch of the chain, plenty of parking and helpful staff
On arrival, the man behind the desk asked me my name, and told me where the room was and that was it. Quickest check-in ever. After over 4 hours of travelling, it was not very welcoming. Did not ask about breakfast or food later on in the evening. Gave no information about when the restaurant opened. The main advantage was the room was clean . Breakfast was very disorganised on the 24th March . The hot breakfast wasn't ready on time, and the toasters were not working properly. There was no colour to them at all, but the manager said they were cooked and walked away. When I was eventually able to have a hot breakfast after the que went down , part of it was cold. When i told the manager, she went over to test the temperature of the freshly put out food, not the dish i had taken mine from. She came back to tell me it was fine and was really unfrendliy! This experince was a waste of money and the peperation for this breakfast was really disorganised. I would not stay here again after this terrible experince!
