Premier Inn Newton Abbot hotel

Typical Premier. Enjoyable stay with an excellent breakfast. Would and will stay again. One irritation; when it rains hard you need wellington boots at the electric car charging bay because the water collects and doesn't drain away. Annoying.

Hotel good clean .sadly breakfast a disappointment as no hot food until 730am!

Rooms: Clean and comfortable bed really comfortable and excellent shower with loads of hot water. This was our 2nd stay here visiting family in Devon and would stay there again Nearby activities: Next to the racecourse and only a short walk to the town (convenient tesco opposite if you have forgotten toiletries etc) Food & drinks: Excellent breakfast eith plenty of everything and great service from Dale and the team. The meal deal at £25.99 is super value and includes evening meal of 2 courses and drink and an eat as much as you like breakfast

Room was nice as always, had the meal deal and was disappointed with the evening meal and breakfast, the buffet cooked breakfast had been out far to long with very dry black pudding, mushrooms and rock hard fried eggs. Was replenished soon after i took my breakfast but too late for me. Staff were freindly and efficient and we received a complimentry drink after evening meal. Lounge area by bar in desperate need of some new furniture, this was tired and dirty.

Online booking does not work. Customer booking number cant help and the hotel does not answer the phone. Do they want business?
