Premier Inn London Enfield hotel

I came in to the hotel and I had no reservation and the lady at reception who called Marjan was very kind and helpful. She helped me to do the booking without any problem. She is a credit to your business. Then I have checked in to the room and it was very nice and clean.

Rooms: Mattresses are very old, the whole building creeks at every foot step. Don't bother going for a quiet night's sleep because it's not happening

Hotel clean and the staff are friendly especially Christina the housekeeping. Will definitely recommend and visit again.

We visited 9th April. We stayed in a family room. I am immune compromised due to cancer treatment and Maryam on reception desk went out of her way to help me. All the staff were lovely and the room was clean, warm and comfortable. We had a great night sleep. Breakfast was also lovely. Thank you.

Travelled here from the East Mids in order to go out at the Drumsheds. Initially was disappointed that there weren't rooms available at the nearer Edmonton branch, but after our stay we were extremely glad we ended up with the Enfield branch. It has a massive car park which is half the price of the Edmonton branch. It also has a high speed electric car charger which was handy for us. It's easy to find and although it's not far from the M25 it's very quiet, tucked away in a business park (we were here at the weekend when all the businesses were closed). It was quiet inside the hotel as well; guests were very considerate of each other. The room was clean, the shower was great and the bed was massive and comfortable. The staff were chilled but very approachable and helpful. They helped us with directions to the Drumsheds including advising us on trains. Best of all, when i left my laptop a cupboard in the hotel room when i phoned to enquire the staff went to check and found it for me. They kept it in their safe until i could collect it. I was soooo grateful! Thank you for a very peaceful stay and for looking after us and our things so attentively. Thank you so much! Highly recommended.
