Premier Inn Hayle hotel

Premier inn great service and cleanliness spot on. Haydn on the front desk, believe he is a manager was so fantastic what a credit to your massive company. I have stayed in about 40 Premiers last year.. If only, and if only, they were all like him. We will definitely be back !!!

Nice staff. But the rest was just awful, dull boring rooms more like a 70s jail for naughty boys breakfast was awful very bog standard cheap and nasty. Avoid this place at all cost and use a local bed and breakfast

The most AWFUL pillows and beds I have ever experienced. Like the place comfort goes to DIE!!! The staff very accommodating and the place very clean. Good amenities. Provided with extra pillows but ended up buying my own. Bed hard as rock. Felt like I was camping on the floor! Hardly slept. I use Premier all the time because the standard is pretty much the same across the board and you're guaranteed a good sleep. I don't know what has happened here . Are the beds old or cheap? Just awful. Ruined my holiday. Glad to get home zero sleep.

Tried calling reception 10 times no answer. Then tried booking line and surprise surprise no answer either, it's certainly not encouraging, are they short staffed or just can't be bothered to answer... called Wadebridge premier and they answered straight away plus got a friendly receptionist.... wow the difference between the two....

Hayden is amazing Manager Breakfast great at brewers fair evening meals are terrible

Rooms: Very clean and comfortable beds ... Everything we needed .. tea coffee etc and if we ran out we could get them from reception...

The restaurant/pub was not in the building, and you had to walk to it. Unfortunately, this was a complete letdown having a disabled person and it pouring down with rain. The room wasn't as advertised on the website and is in serious need of updating. Wall usb sockets are not working, and nothing looks fresh. I am a keen stayer at premier inn's but this time, it was a complete letdown, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. The building should be knocked down and rebuilt to today's standards. Rooms: In desperate need of updating.
