Premier Inn Eastbourne Polegate

Hotel was as you expect a clean tidy room with large bed and TV with tea and coffee and nice enough suite however I had the meal deal and evening meal in the pub over the road was shocking. Mains arrived before starter server wiping there nose with bare hand that then pulled pint and carried food no asking if I needed sauce or if it was ok no apology for no starter but main was nice starter when did arrive was awful don't get potato topped with cheese and bacon

The water pressure for the shower wasnt the greatest, but apart from that, the room was good/usual standard.

Fantastic welcome by Barry. Friendly service, very well taken care of. Room was perfect in all areas. Quiet area and a good quality of sleep. Thank you.

Booking a room is nearly impossible, hopeless web site and no service at all, the group lets down the individual hotels who have no input

Clean tidy. Restaurant next door is the same clean tidy and food is a good average quality
